.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the SW N Atlantic will 
move to the central subtropical Atlantic by Sat morning, thus 
diminishing the fresh winds across the regional waters to mainly  
moderate speeds by Sat evening. Moderate winds to locally fresh 
winds will then continue through Mon night before diminish to
gentle to moderate speeds. Otherwise, moderate seas across the
region will subside to slight seas on Tue.
