.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western Atlantic will
propagate eastward over the next few days. Gentle to moderate 
winds in the Atlantic waters will freshen tonight through Fri 
night before diminishing slightly this weekend. Moderate to fresh
easterly winds are expected in the Caribbean waters through Mon,
then decrease slightly. NW to N swell in the Atlantic waters 
will subside over the next few days, while moderate seas will 
persist in the Caribbean waters.
