.SYNOPSIS...Broad high pressure north of the island will
propagate eastward over the next few days. Gentle to moderate 
winds in the Atlantic waters will freshen tonight through Fri 
night before diminishing slightly this weekend. Moderate winds in
the Caribbean waters will freshen tonight. NW to N swell in the 
Atlantic waters will subside over the next few days, while 
moderate seas will persist in the Caribbean waters.
