.SYNOPSIS...A 1021 mb high pressure system centered north of the
Greater Antilles will slide eastward over the next few days. 
Moderate winds in the Atlantic waters will freshen by the end of 
the week into the weekend. North to northeast swell in the 
Atlantic waters will subside over the next few days, while 
moderate seas will persist in the Caribbean waters.
