.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between a 1041 mb high over 
the NW Atlantic and a surface trough over the central subtropical
Atlantic waters will support moderate to fresh NE winds through 
Mon. These winds will diminish to gentle to moderate speeds Mon 
night as the high pressure and trough weaken. Rough seas and 
large NE swell will subside across the Atlantic waters Mon night 
into Tue. Gentle to moderate winds and moderate seas expected the
remainder forecast period.
