.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the area and a trough
northeast of the area will support fresh to strong NE winds
through this evening. These winds will diminish into early next 
week as the high pressure and trough weaken. Rough seas and
large NE swell will persist across the Atlantic waters through 
mid week.
