.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure over Bermuda extends SW to 
south Florida, while broad surface troughing in nearly stationary
across the central Atlantic along 59W-60W. Fresh NE to E winds 
will diminish briefly today as the high pressure shifts S. Fresh
trades will return Thu night through the weekend, and become 
locally strong, as strong high pressure across the W Atlantic 
builds southward toward the region.
