.SYNOPSIS...A dissipating stationary front over Atlantic waters
will produce scattered showers and thunderstorms today. Fresh NE
to E winds will diminish briefly Thu as high pressure slides E 
across the western Atlantic waters well N of the area. Fresh 
trades will return Thu night into the weekend, and become locally
strong, as strong high pressure across the W Atlantic builds 
southward toward the region.
