.SYNOPSIS...A decaying frontal boundary over the northern waters
will bring showers and thunderstorms to Atlantic waters tonight.
Otherwise, fresh NE to E winds will prevail into Thu as high
pressure slides E across the western Atlantic waters well N of
the area. Fresh trades will continue into the weekend, and
possibly become locally strong, as the high pressure and 
associated ridge build southward toward the region.
