.SYNOPSIS...A dissipating stationary front extends along 20N just
N of the area. This boundary will bring showers and a few
thunderstorms to Atlantic waters through tonight. Fresh NE to E 
winds will prevail across the area waters into Thu as high 
pressure slides NE across the western Atlantic. Strong high 
pressure entering the western Atlantic Thu night will build 
southward toward the area through Sat, continuing the fresh trade
wind flow Fri into the weekend.
