.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends from N of the 
local area along 20N into the N coast of Hispaniola and will
begin to drift W today and gradually dissipate through Wed. 
Remnant moisture of the front will bring scattered showers and a
few thunderstorms to the local Atlantic waters through Tue 
night. Fresh NE to E winds will prevail across the area waters 
through Wed night as high pressure slides NE across the western 
Atlantic. Strong high pressure entering the western Atlantic Thu 
night will build southward toward the area through Sat to freshen
the local trade wind flow Fri into the weekend.
