.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front has stalled N of the local
area along 20N and extends into the N coast of Hispaniola. The
front will remain nearly stationary through Tue then gradually 
dissipate through Wed as it drifts W. Remnant moisture of the
front will bring increased showers and thunderstorms to Atlantic
waters through Tue night. Fresh NE winds on both side of the 
front will prevail through Wed night as high pressure slides NE 
across the western Atlantic. Strong high pressure entering the
western Atlantic Thu night will build southward toward the area
through Sat to freshen the local trade wind flow.
