.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 24N60W SW to Dominican
Republic. The front will sink slowly SE through tonight and 
gradually stall from 21N65W to just N of the Mona Passage Tue,
before dissipating. This front will bring increased showers and
thunderstorms to Atlantic waters through Tue night. NE winds on 
both sides of the front will freshen locally tonight through Wed 
night as high pressure slides NE across the western Atlantic.
