.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from 25N60W southwestward 
across western Haiti and into the western Caribbean. The front 
will sink slowly SE through Mon night and gradually stall from 
20N65W to the NE coast of the Dominican Republic before 
dissipating Tue. NE winds on both sides of the front will freshen
locally Mon night through Wed night as high pressure slides NE 
across the western Atlantic.
