.SYNOPSIS...An Atlantic cold front extends from SE of Bermuda 
through the central Bahamas and to E Cuba. The front will reach
from 22N65W to the Windward Passage Mon morning then gradually 
stall and weaken from 21N65W to the NE coast of Dominican 
Republic Tue. NE winds on both sides of the front will freshen
locally Mon night through Wed as high pressure slides E-NE 
across the western Atlantic.
