.SYNOPSIS...Northerly swell is fading across the regional
Atlantic tonight. An Atlantic cold front extends from just E of
Bermuda through the central Bahamas. Ahead of this front, local 
winds will veer SE and diminish tonight and Sun. This front will
move SE and weaken through Sun night, then gradually stall and 
weaken from 24N60W to the NE coast of Dominican Republic Tue.
