.SYNOPSIS...A cold front is entering the western Atlantic. Ahead
of this front, winds will veer SE and diminish tonight and Sun. 
This front will move SE and weaken, Sun and Sun night, then pass 
mainly just N of the area Mon and Mon night, before stalling just
E of the region into the middle of next week. Moderate N swell 
will prevail in Atlantic water through the weekend.
