.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered SE of Bermuda will shift NE 
through the weekend, ahead of a cold front entering the W 
Atlantic tonight. Winds across the local area will veer to the E 
today then gradually weaken through the weekend as the cold front
moves through the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos. Expect moderate 
N swell across the regional waters through tonight. The cold 
front will reach from 23N66W to far S Cuba Sun afternoon then 
gradually stall and weaken from 21N63W to Dominican Republic 
Tue.
