.SYNOPSIS...A cold front located just E of the area combined 
with a low pressure N of the regional waters will support NW to 
N winds through tonight. Winds will veer to the NE and E on Fri
as high pressure builds over the western Atlantic. By Fri into
the weekend, expect gentle to moderate winds and moderate seas.
