.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends across the Puerto Rico Atlantic
and Caribbean waters. Moderate to fresh winds with moderate to
nearly rough seas are expected today and tonight. As the front
moves eastward away from the area and weakens, gentle to moderate
winds and moderate seas will settle over the Atlantic and
Caribbean waters by Fri and continue into the weekend.
