.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the area tonight through
Thu morning. The front will bring moderate to fresh NNW winds 
that will affect the Atlantic regional waters through Thu night.
Seas will become moderate with the passage of this front, which 
will subside below 6 ft in the Atlantic regional waters on Sun.
Winds will also increase moderate to fresh across the Caribbean
waters Thu and Thu night with moderate seas as the front passes
across the area. Conditions will improve across the Atlantic and
Caribbean waters Fri into the weekend.
