.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will prevail over the
Atlantic waters today. A cold front move across the area, 
bringing fresh northerly winds tonight into Thu with moderate to
rough seas. Winds will diminish by Thu night, becoming gentle by
the end of the week and into the weekend. Gentle winds over the 
Caribbean waters will increase to moderate to fresh tonight 
through Thu night as a cold front moves across the area and 
diminishes late on Thu. Conditions will improve by Fri into the 
weekend.
