.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate trade winds will prevail over the
Atlantic waters through Wed. A cold front will approach the
area, bringing fresh northerly winds Wed night into Thu with 
moderate to rough seas. Winds will diminish by Thu night, 
becoming gentle by the end of the week and into the weekend. 
Gentle to moderate winds over the Caribbean waters will diminish 
Tue night and Wed. Winds will then increase to moderate to fresh 
from Wed night through Thu as a cold front approaches the area 
and diminishes late on Thu. Conditions will improve by Fri into 
the weekend.
