.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western and central 
Atlantic will moderate to locally fresh trade winds into early
next week in the Atlantic waters, with fresh winds over 
Caribbean waters. Northerly long period swell of 6 to 8 ft will 
gradually subside tonight over Atlantic waters, but may again
move into the area during the middle of next week. Moderate seas
are expected to impact the Caribbean waters into early next week.
