.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered over the western and central 
Atlantic will maintain moderate to locally fresh trade winds 
through the weekend in the Atlantic waters, with fresh winds over
Caribbean waters. Northerly long period swell of 6 to 8 ft will 
gradually subside into tonight over Atlantic waters. Moderate 
seas are expected to impact the Caribbean waters through Mon.
