.SYNOPSIS...High pressure building in behind a central Atlantic 
cold front will maintain generally moderate winds through the 
weekend in the Atlantic waters. Northerly swell producing seas
to 8 ft over the Atlantic waters will begin to subside on Sat.
As the Atlantic high pressure slightly strengthens, winds will 
increase to mostly fresh speeds over the Caribbean waters Fri 
night through early next week. Winds will likely diminish 
starting Mon night. Moderate seas are expected to impact the 
Caribbean waters Sat through Mon.
