.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will 
maintain generally moderate winds through the weekend in the 
Atlantic waters. Northerly swell will bring seas up to 8 ft by 
Fri and continue through Sat night. Seas will begin to subside on
Sun. As the Atlantic high pressure slightly strengthens, winds 
will increase to moderate to fresh over the Caribbean waters Fri 
night through early next week. Winds will likely diminish 
starting Mon night. Moderate to rough seas could impact the
Caribbean waters Sat through Mon.
