.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the region over the
central Atlantic will maintain generally moderate winds through 
the weekend in the Atlantic waters. Northerly swell will bring 
seas up to 8 ft by Thu night, continuing through Sat night. Seas 
will begin to subside on Sun. As the Atlantic high pressure 
slightly strengthens by the end of the week, winds will increase 
to moderate to fresh over the Caribbean waters Fri night through 
the weekend.
