.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the region over the
central Atlantic will maintain generally moderate winds and seas
through Fri. Moderate to fresh east to southeast winds are 
expected over regional waters toward the end of the week as the 
Atlantic high pressure strengthens some. North swell will begin 
to impact the Atlantic waters on Thu.
