.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell will continue to move into the
northeast Caribbean via Atlantic passages into tonight. High 
pressure north of the area will support moderate to fresh E to SE
winds through mid week. These winds will diminish later in the 
week as the high pressure shifts eastward ahead of an approaching
cold front. The front will reach from near Bermuda to central 
Cuba by late Tue, from 31N50W to eastern Cuba by late Wed, before
starting to stall and dissipate from 24N55W to the Mona Passage 
by late Thu. Looking ahead, building high pressure north of the 
area in the wake of the front will will support fresh trade winds
by Fri night along with moderate to rough seas.
