.SYNOPSIS...Additional pulses of NE swell will continue to impact
the NE Caribbean and passages through Mon before subsiding on 
Tue. High pressure north of the area will support moderate to 
fresh E to SE winds through mid week. These winds will diminish 
later in the week as the high pressure shifts eastward ahead of 
an approaching cold front.
