.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell associated with a broad low 
pressure well north of the area will impact the Atlantic waters 
and Atlantic passages into the Caribbean through Mon. High 
pressure across the W Atlantic will slide E-SE across the 
Atlantic through the weekend to bring a gradual return to 
easterly trade winds by Sun. High pressure will shift SE into the
central Atlantic Mon and Tue, causing local trade winds to veer 
E to SE.
