.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from the central Atlantic SW 
through the central Leeward Islands to near 16N68 will move SE 
and gradually dissipate through tonight. Large northerly swell 
associated with broad low pressure well north of the area will 
impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages into the 
Caribbean through Mon. High pressure will slide eastward along 
28N through the weekend to bring a gradual return to easterly 
trade winds by Sun. High pressure will shift SE into the central
Atlantic Mon and Tue, causing local trade winds to veer E to SE.
