.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from the central Atlantic SW 
through the Anegada Passage to the waters S of Hispaniola will 
move SE across the area through tonight and gradually dissipate.
Large northerly swell associated with broad low pressure well 
north of the area will impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic 
passages into the Caribbean through Mon. High pressure will slide
eastward along 28N through the weekend to bring a gradual return
to easterly trade winds by Sun.
