.SYNOPSIS...A secondary cold front extending from the central
Atlantic SW to eastern Hispaniola will move SE across the area
this afternoon through late Fri and gradually dissipate. Large 
northerly swell associated with broad low pressure well north of 
the area will impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages 
into the Caribbean through Sun. High pressure across the Atlantic
to slide eastward along 28N through the weekend to bring a
gradual return to easterly trade winds by Sun.
