.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front across eastern Puerto Rico 
will move away from the area and dissipate today. Large 
northerly swell associated with broad low pressure well north of 
the area will impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages 
into the Caribbean through Sun.
