.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across western Puerto Rico will move
eastward across the area through Fri. Large northerly swell 
associated with broad low pressure well north of the area will 
impact the Atlantic waters and Atlantic passages into the 
Caribbean through Sun. W to SW winds will shift to the NW behind
the cold front as it moves through the area.
