.SYNOPSIS...Southerly winds will increase tonight through Tue 
along with building seas in response to deep low pressure moving 
off Florida into the western Atlantic. Winds will shift NW as a 
cold front moves into the region by Wed night. Combined seas in 
the Atlantic waters will reach as high as 12 ft in NW swell 
through Fri, associated with the low pressure north of the area. 
Looking ahead, this swell will continue to impact the Atlantic 
passages into the northeast Caribbean Fri and Sat.
