.SYNOPSIS...Southerly winds will increase Mon and Tue along with
building seas in response to deep low pressure moving off 
Florida into the western Atlantic. Looking ahead, winds will
shift NW as a cold front moves into the region by Wed night. 
Combined seas in the Atlantic waters will reach as high as 10 or
11 ft in NW swell through Fri, associated with the low pressure
north of the area. This swell may impact Atlantic passages into
the northeast Caribbean later in the week.
