.SYNOPSIS...Southerly winds will increase Mon and Tue along with
building seas in response to deep low pressure moving off 
Florida into the western Atlantic. Looking ahead, winds will shift
NW as a cold front moves into the region by Wed night. Combined 
seas in the Atlantic waters will reach as high as 10 or 11 ft in 
NW swell.

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Scattered
showers.
