.SYNOPSIS...Southerly winds will increase Mon and Tue along with
building seas in response to deep low pressure moving off 
Florida into the western Atlantic. Looking ahead, winds will 
diminish into mid week but shift NW as a cold front moves into 
the region. Combined seas in the Atlantic waters will reach as 
high as 10 or 11 ft in NW swell. 

San Juan Atlantic Waters

.TODAY...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SE to S in the
afternoon. Seas 4 to 5 ft in N to NE swell. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. 
.MON...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.
