.SYNOPSIS..A weakening surface trough along 18N over and E of
Puerto Rico will dissipate today. 

A weak cold front will reach the Atlantic waters tonight, then 
move E and SE across the area into Fri. Large NW swell will 
accompany this system. Seas should diminish for the start of next
week.
