.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front has devolved into a surface trough
that extends from 20N60W to the Virgin Islands. This trough will
dissipate Thu. NE winds will gradually veer southerly after the 
through dissipates Thu. Another weak cold front will reach the 
Atlantic waters Thu night, then move SE across the area into Fri.
Large NW swell will accompany this system.
