.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near 21N60W to Puerto Rico
will meander across the area then dissipate tonight. NE winds 
will gradually veer southerly after the front dissipates Thu. 
Another weak cold front will reach the Atlantic waters Thu night,
then move SE across the area through Fri before dissipating. 
Moderate to large NW swell will accompany this system.
