.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near 22N60W to just N of the
Mona Passage will slide E across Atlantic waters today, then
stall and dissipate just NE of Puerto Rico tonight. NE winds will
gradually veer southerly after the front dissipates Thu. Another
weak cold front will reach the Atlantic waters Thu night, then 
move SE across the area through Fri before dissipating. Moderate 
to large NW swell will accompany this system.
