.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near 23N60W to Dominican
Republic will still SE across Atlantic waters tonight, then still
and gradually dissipate just NE of Puerto Rico into Thu. 
This will lead to moderate N to NE winds becoming E on Thu. 
Another weak cold front is forecast to reach the Atlantic waters 
Thu night, then move SE across the local area through Fri before
dissipating. Moderate to large NW swell will accompany this 
system.
