.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near 24.5N60W to central 
Hispaniola will will move SE into the local Atlantic waters this
this evening and tonight, then stall offshore of NE Puerto Rico
and gradually dissipate through Thu. This will lead to moderate 
N to NE winds Wed becoming E on Thu. Another weak cold front is 
forecast to reach the Atlantic waters Thu evening or night, then 
move SE across the local area through Fri before dissipating. 
Moderate to large NW swell will accompany this system.
