.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from near 24N65W to Hispaniola will
will move SE into the local Atlantic waters this afternoon and 
tonight, leading to moderate N to NE winds. Another weak cold 
front is forecast to reach the Atlantic waters Thu evening or 
night, then move SE across the local area through Fri before
dissipating. Moderate NW swell will accompany this system.
