.SYNOPSIS...A tight pressure gradient associated with a strong 
high pressure north of the area will continue to support strong 
NE to E winds and rough seas across the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters through Thu night. A cold front extending from 21N58W to
20N70W will sink southward tonight into Wed reaching the NE 
Caribbean while weakening.
