.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the area will maintain 
moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas across the 
regional waters through tonight. A tight pressure gradient 
associated with a strong high pressure north of the area will 
bring increasing winds and building seas across the Atlantic and
Caribbean waters Mon through Fri.
